We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items Gatehouse Candles operates a fair policy of accepting returns.

Please include all details of your order within your email so that we can identify it correctly on our system. Once we have received your request we will get in touch to let you know how to go about returning your items or issue a refund.

All orders are sent from the UK using the services of Hermes or the Post Office. The delivery cost will be added to your order at the checkout and is set at £2.99 per order (UK Mainland Only).

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn the candle on a level heat resistant surface.

Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn always burn for 3 – 4 hours to ensure an even melt. Ensure the wick is upright above the wax and central before the wax sets. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass. Glass may become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.
